All cancellations must be received in our office, either by phone or by mail before the product is shipped to you. If the product has already been shipped, you either need to bring the product into the office or ship the product (at your own cost) back to us. Once the product is received, the office will begin to process your refund.

 

All refunds can only be handled if the product is unopened. Unopened items are not allowed to be returned unless there is something wrong with the product that occurred while in our possession. The returns are similar to the cancellations, the product needs to be either brought into the office, or shipped back to us at your cost. Once we are in possession of the unused product, we will process your refund.
